Digital marketing outsourcing for franchisee 1C, company 1C: VDGB

The challenge

1C:VDGB — 1C franchisee is working with typical 1C solutions and also develops its own programs based on 1C platform. 1C:VDGB sells programs and provides automation services for small and medium-size business.
At the beginning, my task was to set up and manage PPC advertising – Yandex Direct and Google AdWords. But our collaboration grew into providing with different digital marketing services. In fact, I was working as a full-time employee at the office but distantly. I can describe my aim in this project as getting leads for 1C:VDGB from the internet.


The solution

During our partnership 1C:VDGB was provided with the next services (some of them constantly, others — just once or occasionally):

  • Development and implementation of web-analytic system to the leads
  • Setup and managing PPC advertising Yandex Direct and Google Ads
  • Setup and managing the target advertising on Facebook, Instagram and VK to attract participants for company’s events
  • UI/UX recommendations for increasing conversion rates of the company’s websites
  • Web-pages structure development in Axure RP
  • Prototypes of the website customer’s cabinet in Axure RP
  • Preparation of customizing reports in Google Analytics at the client’s requests
  • Help to hire a SEO specialist for company
  • Participation in marketing activities development
  • Email marketing: copywriting, page making, sending by MailChimp on a client database
  • Regular digital marketing consultations

In fact I was carrying out services as a staff digital marketing manager but distantly. I can give you some examples of my work results.


The results

After one year of partnership from 1 of August 2017 to 31 of July 2018 total quantity of website visitors increased by 84%.
At that period after the first year of partnership total quantity of leads from the Internet also increased by 29%, and quantity of leads from PPC ads grew by 10%.
